Root Canal therapy may be required to help save an infected or abscessed tooth. When decay spreads past the enamel layer it can cause an infection to the soft pulp in the tooth. Dr. Roberts has performed thousands of wisdom teeth removals across the state for patients just like you. The average adult mouth will hold 28 teeth, however by late teens to early 20s many adults may have 32 teeth. The final four teeth are known as the “wisdom teeth.” For most patients, there is not enough room for the additional teeth and they must be removed to avoid oral healthcare issues.
